Chapter 1 of 8

The brief

Attract, excite and acquire new OAKBERRY customers in the USA, bring inactive ones back, and make the brand part of a healthy, active lifestyle: in the store, on the phone and at the events its customers already go to.

Who it is for. Active people in Austin, Texas, mostly 20 to 50 years old: cyclists, trail runners, yoga and paddleboard fans, festival-goers, students, young professionals, couples and families who choose wellness.

What OAKBERRY gets. One loyalty platform that keeps everything its current app does, ordering and rewards included, and adds the reasons to come back: a passport of store check-ins, games, surveys, reviews, social rewards and events. Every action builds a verified, location-aware customer base that the stores can read by region.

“Health and wellness should be celebrated, not scheduled.”

  • Re-engage inactive customers
  • Drive retention and reduce churn
  • Reward extra visits and incremental sales
  • Build brand visibility and stickiness

In store: screens that change with one click

Digital screens replace static print, so menus, prices and promotions update from the cloud in real time. The Brand Box adds plug-and-play screens with QR competitions that send customers straight into the app.

An OAKBERRY squeeze back on a screen: the OAKBERRY start line in the window, with the OAKBERRY logo and a QR code to scan.

  6. P4 indoor LED vinyl: slim adhesive panels that make the glass shopfront a screen.
  7. A round 60 cm LED light box beside the entrance.
  • A visualised OAKBERRY Açaí shopfront with a lit sign and a purple-framed glass front looking into the store.

Every mechanic, in detail

Eight ways to earn, all run from one no-code, API-first loyalty platform, with a dashboard behind every one of them.

Smart sign-up<1 min

Customers register in under a minute, for free, with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Google or email. Email registration is verified by a clickable link and the cellphone number by a one-time PIN.

On registration the platform captures the member's country, province and city by IP geolocation, so stores can read member demographics and tailor offers by region without adding friction. Verified members help prevent abuse of rewards, get secure venue access through a rotating QR Access Passport, and build a clean, location-aware customer database.

Welcome to OAKBERRY screen with a Continue with phone button.
The OAKBERRY Passport+100

Log in, visit a participating OAKBERRY spot on selected days and tap Check-In: GPS verification confirms the location. Each successful check-in awards 100 points and unlocks a digital badge: Kiosk, City Cafe, MTB event, Mall Store, Beach Side Cafe, Gym Kiosk, Yoga Retreat and Trail Run Event.

Badges stack up in a live passport gallery, and more stamps mean a higher place on the leaderboard.

OAKBERRY Passport screen with eight check-in badges.
Surveys+20

Short lifestyle and brand surveys (where do you most enjoy OAKBERRY, what vibe describes your perfect OAKBERRY moment) earn 20 points each, with new ones released throughout. The answers show OAKBERRY the lifestyles, preferences and habits of its core audience, to shape future marketing.

OAKBERRY survey screen with two lifestyle questions and a Submit Survey button.
Review rewards50-200

Members earn 50 to 200 OAKoins for text or video reviews in the app, grouped by experience, service and product quality, and 100 OAKoins for a verified review on Google, Yelp or Tripadvisor, tracked through the platforms' APIs. A dashboard approves reviews, filters for quality and analyses the feedback.

Social rewards500

500 OAKoins for following OAKBERRY on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X through a linked account, and 100 to 500 OAKoins for sharing OAKBERRY content (bowls, store visits) with #OakberryVibes or @Oakberry. The dashboard tracks the posts, likes and comments.

Predict the score, polls and invites+20

A score-prediction game for the big American football final: 20 points and 20 tokens for calling the winner, and more for a draw or the exact score. Polls earn 20 points and tokens, so does every friend who verifies an invite, and verifying an email or cell number earns 10 each.

Events and tickets

An upcoming-events list (yoga retreats, MTB and trail-running events, DJs and music festivals) with dates, themes, dress codes, flyers and set times. Members buy regular or VIP tickets in the app, linked to their passport QR code for quick scanning at the door, and share events in one tap, with tracking links for referral rewards.

Content, playlist and influencers

A sports and news blog with podcasts, videos and articles; a curated OAKBERRY playlist built for sunset vibes and beach parties, to play in the app or save and share; and an influencer programme where creators connect their accounts, post with #OakberryVibes and are rewarded for approved posts, with reach and sign-ups tracked in the dashboard.
